该剧描写的是在七天内警方破获一个****大案的过程以及围绕案情的前前后后所发生的故事。对于一个中小城市而言，数亿**的流入，不亚于是一场金融灾难，这样的题材和情节，在以前的电视剧作品中可谓少有可见。该剧的细节问题导演处理得很不好，很多地方很不合理，剧中人物黄娟，作为一个特警，就算以前受过伤，但不可能离谱到用枪指着的人，居然一转眼功夫连人都看不到，还有钱世宏被杀那一集就更假，前后左右四个警察居然让阿龙大摇大摆的把人给捅死了。
